Dear Mike,

I wanted to thank you for all your kindness and help that we received from you while we were broke down in Valdosta.

Even though my car broke down I felt I was honored to meet such a person like you and your staff. If only the rest of the world could be likewise.

It was one thing to have car troubles, but you went out of your way to make sure we were taken to a motel and even called later in the day after we picked up our car to  make sure that it was running ok. You couldn’t even get a doctor to do this in most cases.

I felt that you treated me more than fair and also that you knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

I can’t thank you enough. May God bless you and your family.

Sincerely,

Darlene Eisert

Hi Mike,

Well, we made it back to Canada safe and sound. We surely appreciate your help and kindness and we also would like to thank your worker for a job well done. We are so thankful that there are still honest people in this world — more so when you are in a strange place and don’t know anyone.

We went to the dealer and they said there has never been a recall and have never had this problem before; with our luck, it’s probably the only one in Canada.

Well, again, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Anytime you are in Canada and need to hear a friendly voice, don’t hesitate to call.

Dear Friends,

Ollie, Harry, and the mechanics a big Thank You for the work done on our 1989 Buick.

We arrived home safely, ran into a snow storm which held us up in Gaylord so close to home.

Thank you for the courtesy shown to my wife and myself.

Yours Truly,

My dear friends,

May be you remember me as the guy whose transmission gave you so much trouble. But I can tell you that you made such a marvelous job and the car is running as if it was a new one. With all my heart I want to thank you for all the trouble you had with almost no profit. So I wish you all good luck and hope that you may not get too often these old Taurus.

Greetings
